“I’ve got a crazy idea!” I love it when a project starts with those words. Always. And that is exactly how Johnny Miller put it when he told me about the concept for Knox Brewtails. He had the idea to pair a local brewery with a local mixologist to create a unique craft beer cocktail that would be presented in an open to the public, live judged event. Fistful Of Tigers signed on the do the design, website, and marketing for the event. Part of that included promotional photography. I spent a few hours with Kyle at the Tennessean in downtown Knoxville to create these shots.
