Weird how work lands in your lap sometimes. Zack Roskop was in the middle of redesign Cancun South’s food menu. He contacted my studio, Fistful Of Tigers, not to help with the design but to shoot the food pictures. I had never really shot food on white seamless before. I’ve lit and shot loads of other things on white. Leaning on my product photography experience from my corporate days, I said yeah, I can do that. Photoshop magic helps. And, if you need a decent food stylist, you can do worse than Zack.
