I spent the entire day photographing breweries for the new Knoxville Area Brewers Association website. This is an outtake that will never be used. Why? Because this is what happens when a keg blows. It shoots a jet of air out of the tap as the key empties and makes a big beery mess. I’ve seen it happen more times than I can count. But I’ve never, until now, photographed it happening.
