It’s pouring rain today and this is runoff from the overpass above. The city provides free parking under the interstate overpass, which is 3 or 4 blocks from our place. There are probably 20 of these urban waterfalls in a 100 yard stretch of parking lot. They are really fun to drive through. Walking, not so much.
